Do you own a physical store?

We don’t have a physical store. We’re 100% online! This helps us keep our prices lower and pass the savings on to you.

What are the delivery options?

We offer two delivery options depending on your order size:

  • SmartPac Delivery – $2.50
    Only for items that can fit in a letterbox.

  • Standard Delivery (J&T Express) – $5.00 (up to 5kg)

  • Self Collection – FREE
    at 782D Woodlands Crescent (734782)
What are the available payment method?

We currently accept PayNow as our only payment method. After placing your order, please make payment manually using the instructions provided in your order confirmation email. Once payment is received, your order will be manually verified and approved.

What are your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges unless a wrong item was sent or the item is proven to be defective. If this happens, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe and we’ll make it right.

When will I get my order?

Orders are usually dispatched the next working day. You can expect to receive your parcel based on the courier’s delivery timeline:

  • SmartPac: 2–3 working days after dispatch
  • J&T Express: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Product Specific Question

What are the selling conditions for Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)?

We understand that collectors value box condition. Here’s how we classify our ETBs:

  • Pristine Condition: May have minor imperfections such as small dents, white spots, hairline tears less than 5mm. Look perfect when displaying.
  • Torn Condition: ETBs with more noticeable box damage (e.g., larger tears or dents). Noticeable defect when displaying.

All ETB conditions are clearly stated before purchase, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Single Card Policies

All our cards are graded as Near Mint (NM) based on the TCGPlayer Card Condition Guidelines.

Minor imperfections such as small white edges, print lines, or slight off-centering are common and do not qualify as defects. Please refer to the TCGPlayer guide for detailed standards.

All sales are final — no cancellations, returns, or exchanges once a card has been purchased.

How are single cards shipped?

All cards are carefully sleeved and placed in a toploader for protection. We then secure them between two thick pieces of cardboard to prevent movement during shipping. Finally, the package is sealed in a bubble mailer to minimize any risk of damage during transit.
