Do you own a physical store?

We don’t have a physical store. We’re 100% online! This helps us keep our prices lower and pass the savings on to you.

Ordering from Red Orange Cards
  • Ordering online at website (http://redorangecards.com/) is our preferred method for secure and efficient service.
  • We do not accept reservation - inventory is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Payment is not automated. Please pay via Paynow after checkout. Your items are reserved while we verify your payment manually.
  • Items are reserved for 24 hours following order confirmation. If not paid during this period. Order will be cancelled and items will be returned to live inventory. For repeated cancellation, we have the right to cancel order from accounts with high cancellation rate.
  • For same day collection, pay via Cash or Paynow is accepted. Place order via website to reserve your item or just come by for walk-in purchase.
  • For future dated collection, please pay within 24 hours to confirm your order.
What are the delivery options?

We offer two delivery options depending on your order size:

  • SmartPac Delivery – $2.50
    Only for items that can fit in a letterbox.

  • Standard Delivery (J&T Express) – $5.00 (up to 5kg)

  • Self Collection – FREE
    at 782D Woodlands Crescent (734782)
What are the available payment method?

We currently accept PayNow as our only payment method. After placing your order, please make payment manually using the instructions provided in your order confirmation email. Once payment is received, your order will be manually verified and approved.

What are your refund policy?

Due to the nature of Trading Card Game (TCG) products and to ensure the integrity of our sealed inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled.

When will I get my order?

Orders are usually dispatched the next working day. You can expect to receive your parcel based on the courier’s delivery timeline:

  • SmartPac: 2–3 working days after dispatch
  • J&T Express: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Product Specific Question

What are the product condition sold?
  • All sealed products are assigned randomly. We do not allow selection of specific boxes for online order.
  • We do not issue refunds or exchanges for minor cosmetic imperfections on packaging (e.g., small wrap tears, corner wear)
  • If box condition is a priority, please contact us via Telegram for us to provide photos of the items prior purchasing or opt for Self-Collection to inspect your items in person before finalizing the transaction.
Single Card Policies

All our cards are graded as Near Mint (NM) based on the TCGPlayer Card Condition Guidelines.

Minor imperfections such as small white edges, print lines, or slight off-centering are common and do not qualify as defects. Please refer to the TCGPlayer guide for detailed standards.

All sales are final — no cancellations, returns, or exchanges once a card has been purchased.

How are single cards shipped?

All cards are carefully sleeved and placed in a toploader for protection. We then secure them between two thick pieces of cardboard to prevent movement during shipping. Finally, the package is sealed in a bubble mailer to minimize any risk of damage during transit.
